Sales Support

We are looking for a Sales Support in our Amsterdam office. Responsible for project administration (start-up), content management as well as order administration within catalogue sales and web shop environment. He or she is the representative for the catalogue service team. Responsible for the helpdesk support for clients and for administrative processes supporting catalogue sales and web shop environment and support of content management.

 

Principal activities

  • First line of contact for clients with reference to catalogue sales, problem solving, helpdesk with reference to service (IT or product) issues
  • Content management / web shops
  • Start-up of web shops: project administration (with IT) / load product content
  • Work with suppliers: instructions and specifications
  • Check product digital proofs
  • Identify and solve bottlenecks and problems
  • Process monitoring / order planning (excel)
  • Registration of commercial actions, general administration processes in Exact
  • Work according to Supremia Sales Promotion standards
  • Work according to the integrated Management Manual QMS and EMS and sustainable values of GSP  

 

 

Job requirements

  • Educational/work/think level MBO+ or Bachelor 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service desk, customer service or after sales role
  • Excellent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Exact / CMS systems
  • Service oriented
  • Commercially / client oriented with strong motivation skills
  • Problem solving / creative
  • Able to switch between tasks (web shops / orders / administrative tasks)
  • Proactive
  • Autonomous worker
  • Team player
  • Stress resistant
